Now that we’re through the holidays and Camp Brisket, we’re diving in headfirst for this year’s Foodways Texas Symposium. This is the first year we’ll be in Houston proper, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate and discuss all things Gulf Coast with our dearest supporters. Expect panels and speakers on the incredible food response to the hurricane, as well as talks which revisit some of the topics we discussed at our first symposium in Galveston. We are so pleased to be gathering in one of Texas’ most vibrant food cities. Mark your calendar for our annual gathering around the table.
