Congratulations to Robb Walsh!

Writer and founding member, Robb Walsh, recently won his third James Beard award for a piece entitled “The Southerner’s Guide to Oysters”  that he co-wrote with Rick Bragg and Francine Maroukian for Garden and Gun Magazine. Robb’s section is a tour of Gulf Coast oyster bars, including Gilhooley’s Raw Bar in San Leon. Robb recently wrote a piece profiling PJ Stoops, the Louisiana Foods Total Catch Market, and the bycatch panel at our first annual symposium for the June/July issue of Garden and Gun.
